Meet Your Therapist..

Taylor Thompson, DPT

Taylor Thompson is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and the founder of EmpowerHER Pelvic Physical Therapy. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Missouri State University (Go Bears!).

Taylor discovered her passion for pelvic health during a clinical rotation in PT school and quickly recognized the significant need for specialized, compassionate care in this field. She pursued additional training through Herman & Wallace, completing her Pelvic Floor certification before graduating.

After working in a standard outpatient setting, Taylor founded EmpowerHER Pelvic PT to help bridge the gap in pelvic health education and provide individualized, one-on-one care for women. Her mission is to empower women at every stage of life to better understand their bodies, prioritize self-care, and feel confident in daily activities, exercise, and intimacy.

Taylor is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, allowing her to integrate movement, breathwork, and yoga into treatment to support a holistic approach to pelvic health. To take a Prenatal Yoga Class with Dr. Taylor, register at www.homeholistic.com/classes!
